Position: Experienced Dental Assistant(Certified either CBA, EFDA, RDA)
Location: Ocoee, Fl., 15 minutes west of Downtown Orlando

We are seeking a Full Time Caring Dental Assistant that would love to be a part of a team that believes in a positive company culture that embraces teamwork and high levels of trust among team members. We are a privately owned specialty practice that demands high quality customer service. We pride ourselves on extensively educating our patients and consistently delivering quality dental care.
We are open Monday through Thursday 8:00am-5:30PM
Some Fridays required but NO WEEKEND HOURS!
Full time is 32-38 hours.
Salary DOE and includes full benefits.

Responsabilidades:
- Work with the direct supervisor of the Prosthodontist.
- Organizing and laying out instruments for dentist’s use.
- Handing instruments and other materials to dentist during procedures.
- Make temporary crowns.
- Prepare materiais para impressões e restaurações.
- Taking impressions of patient’s teeth for casts.
- Derramando impressões (incluindo boxe e despejo), aparando moldes (modelos), e manter o laboratório limpo e organizado.
- Sterilizing dental instruments and equipment for each patient
- Deve ser capaz de fazer anotações excelentes e inseri-las em nosso software odontológico sem papel.
- Questioning patients about their medical history, obtaining dental records and recording information for dentist’s reference.
- Advising patients on dental care.
- Making patients feel comfortable before, during and after dental treatment.
- Taking x-rays of patient’s teeth.(full mouth series, panoramic and CBCT scans)
- Stock operatories and maintain clinical supply inventory.
- Supervise preventive maintenance of dental equipment.
Qualifications, Education, and Experience:
- HIPAA compliance – responsible for maintaining abreast of and in compliance with all HIPAA regulations and requirements. Treats all member information confidential.
- Compliance – Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal regulations.
- Participate in activities and contribute towards the overall performance improvement of the practice.
- High school graduate (or GED).
- Proof of completing radiation safety course.
- Quatro years experience as a dental assistant minimum.
- Have the ability to communicate fluently in English.
- Possess X-Ray License or will secure one within the first ninety (90) days of employment this will allow for advancement from training position.
- Maintain certification in basic life support or will secure certification within thirty (30) days of employment.
