JEANETTE – Lead Dental Assistant

Jeanette joined Smiles of Orlando in 2019 after relocating from the beautiful Florida Keys, where she lived for 35 years. She has been a dental assistant since 2004 and earned her Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) credential through the University of Florida.

Known for her warm smile and compassionate nature, Jeanette is dedicated to helping every patient feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they arrive. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she enjoys building genuine connections with patients and ensuring they have a positive experience throughout their visit.

Outside of the office, Jeanette loves spending time with her husband, her adult children, and her grandchildren. She also enjoys exploring new restaurants, visiting Orlando’s theme parks, and taking advantage of everything the city has to offer.

ANA – Dental Assistant

Ana was born in Cuba and has been working as a dental assistant since 1995. She joined Smiles of Orlando in 2012 and has been an invaluable member of our team ever since.

What Ana enjoys most about her career is building lasting relationships with patients and seeing the life-changing results of beautiful dentistry. She shares, “I’ve truly enjoyed working with Dr. Martinez because he is an excellent clinician. His patience and guidance have helped me expand my knowledge in the specialty of prosthodontics. We truly have an exceptional team.”

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Ana helps patients feel welcome, understood, and comfortable throughout their visits.

Outside the office, Ana is a proud wife and mom of two. You’ll usually find her on the sidelines of a softball or soccer field cheering on her kids. If there’s a game happening, there’s a good chance Ana is there with her loudest cheers and biggest smile.

JAMIE – Patient Coordinator

Known to everyone as Jamie, she was born in Puerto Rico and has lived in Connecticut, New York, and Chicago before her family traded snowy winters for the Florida sunshine.

Jamie became a certified dental assistant in 2004 before transitioning into an administrative role. As one of the first friendly faces you’ll meet at Smiles of Orlando, she loves making patients feel welcome, comfortable, and at ease from the moment they arrive.

Her bubbly personality and genuine care for others make her a wonderful part of our team. One of her favorite aspects of working at Smiles of Orlando is seeing the incredible smile transformations and the joy they bring to our patients.

Outside the office, Jamie enjoys spending time with her son and husband, visiting theme parks, relaxing at the beach, trying new restaurants, and cruising whenever she gets the chance.

TAYA – Administrative Assistant

Born and raised in Orlando, Florida, I earned both my Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration and my Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.

I began my journey with Smiles of Orlando as an Administrative Intern, where I supported the office through filing, data entry, and by shadowing the Office Manager to gain a deeper understanding of the day-to-day operations of the practice. I transitioned into my current role as an Administrative Assistant while earning my MBA. Throughout my time here, I have had the opportunity to learn from an incredible team whose passion, dedication, and compassion for every patient continue to inspire me.

I look forward to continuing to expand my knowledge, supporting our patients, and contributing to the ongoing success of Smiles of Orlando.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active at the gym, reading, and spending time outdoors. I also love exploring new cities, trying new restaurants, and discovering local coffee shops.
